ALTAR SERVERS

ALTAR SERVERS are usually juveniles who have the desire to learn how they can best serve the Church. Adults, also, may be Altar Servers. Altar Server performs the detail tasks in reverence to the consecration of the Body and Blood of Christ performed by the Priest. Altar  Servers learn to focus on the important duties of serving the Mass. They must give their undivided attention to the needs of the Priest, keeping their eyes centered on the Precious Body and Blood of Christ during the consecration of the Gifts.
