HOLY SACRAMENTS
BAPTISMS
Parents- Must meet with Father prior to Baptism
-Must attend a Baptismal preparation course(dates/times to be announced in this parish bulletin)
Godparents- -Must be baptized, confirmed, married in the Chruch,(if single, not be cohabitating)
-Must be practicing Catholics
-Must attend a Baptismal Preparation Course(dates/time to be announced in this parish bulletin)
RECONCILIATION
Half hour before each Mass or by appointment with Father 2pm to 3pm, Saturday, at Santo Tomas el Apostol, Abiquiu
HOLY COMMUNION AND CONFIRMATION
Required Religious Education classes start in Septmeber of each year(dates/times to be announced in this bulletin). Register with the parish office
MARRIAGE
Couples planning marriage must meet with Father to review the Catholic Church's requirements. This meeting should take place before other wedding arrangements are made, preferably six to nine months before desired date.
ANOINTING OF SICK AND FUNERAL SERVICES
Anointing by request. For a funeral mass, if at all possible, please contact the parish office before making final arrangements with the funeral home.
